(08-04-08) AACOM was pleased to provide letters of support for Margaret I. Aguwa, DO, MPH; V. James Guillory, DO, MPH; and John C. Licciardone, DO, MS, MBA, the AOA’s nominees for the United States Preventive Services Task Force (USPSTF). The USPSTF is an independent panel of outside experts who have recognized expertise in prevention and evidence-based medicine. The mission of the USPSTF is to produce evidence-based recommendations on the appropriate screening, counseling and provision of preventive medication for asymptomatic patients seen in the primary care setting.
