AACOM Welcomes New Member William Carey University College of Osteopathic Medicine - New!
The AACOM Board of Deans recently voted to admit William Carey University College of Osteopathic Medicine (WCU-COM) to AACOM membership. The college, in Hattiesburg, MS, was granted provisional accreditation by the Commission on Osteopathic College Accreditation in September and subsequently applied for AACOM membership. They are utilizing the AACOMAS system to consider applicants for their inaugural class, which will matriculate next fall. WCU-COM becomes AACOM’s 26th college member. AACOMAS, the centralized online application for the 2010 entering class of osteopathic medical students, is now open at https://aacomas.aacom.org/. Before beginning the application process, review this year’s College Information Book, which includes detailed information on the nation’s osteopathic medical colleges.
