February 2005, Vol. 39, Issue #2, pg. 137-144.

Review by: Linda Heun, Ph.D. <lheun@aacom.org>

The key themes that consistently emerged were enthusiasm for teaching, learner-centeredness, and self-knowledge about teaching.

A key finding was that faculty development paid off through benefits that lasted over time, improved teaching skills and satisfaction.
